KWAZULU-NATAL BERG, BEACH AND BUSH

9 NIGHTS/10 DAYS

DAY 1 to DAY 4 (Berg)
On arrival in Johannesburg you will need to connect for your flight to Durban. On arrival at Durban airport you will collect your hire car and begin the 2.5-3 hour drive to one of our recommended establishments in the Drakensberg. The next few days will allow you to appreciate the beauty of these majestic mountains.

The activities available in this area are:
Trout fishing
Hiking
Horse back riding
Bird watching
Swimming

DAY 4 to DAY 7 (Beach)
After a final breakfast in the mountains you will begin the 2.5–3 hour drive to a guest house or hotel of your choice in either Ballito Bay or Umhlanga. From here you will be able to explore the beautiful Natal coast at leisure or we can organise tours for you, which will include:
Durban City Tour
Valley of 1000 Hills
Township Tour
Shakaland Zulu Cultural Tour

DAY 7 up to DAY 10 (Bush)
Today you will drive the 2.5-3 hour drive to the KZN game reserves. You will check into one of our recommended establishments to suite your needs. The next few days will hopefully bring great game viewing and lots of relaxing.

DAY 10
Your final day will involve you driving to either Richards Bay airport (roughly 1.5 hours drive) or Durban airport (roughly 5.5 hours drive) for your flight back to Johannesburg where you will catch your connecting flight home.
