Bushbaby Tours or any 3rd party provider on this
site own certain content and trademarks. None of this content
may be reproduced, distributed or sold without the consent of
the owners.
2. ITINERARY CHANGES
2.1
Extensions/unscheduled breakaways: All expenses
in relation to any unscheduled changes whether by clients own
choice or by bad weather, flight delays etc. will be for the
client's account.
2.2
No waivers or amendments to agreements shall be
binding unless reduced to writing and signed by Bushbaby Tours.
3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
3.1
Visas: All travel documents and visas must be
obtained by the client and is the client's responsibility to
ensure validity. Bushbaby Tours will be happy to assist with
any visa requirements.
3.2
Insurance: All travel insurance is the responsibility
of the client. Comprehensive travel insurance is highly recommended
to ensure that the client is covered in the event of last minute
cancellations.
3.3
Health Insurance: Bushbaby Tours strongly recommends
that the clients take out medical insurance and pack their own
medication if necessary. The client warrants that he/she will
receive the necessary vaccinations and inoculations. If travelling
into the game reserve, malaria precautions should be taken.
4. RESERVATIONS
4.1
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of tour cost is
payable with any booking.
4.2
The balance is payable 45 days prior to departure.
(Except when airlines need to be paid in full to secure bookings.)
4.3
All bank charges or credit card charges on payments
are for the clients account.
5. CANCELLATION FEE
5.1
Cancellation before 30 days prior to arrival:
Your deposit of 50%
5.2
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival:
100% of tour price
5.3
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure:
100% of tour price
6. PRICES
Where increases occur beyond the control of Bushbaby
Tours, i.e. currency fluctuations, airfare increases, taxes
etc, the extra charges will be for the client's account.
On placing a booking through Bushbaby Tours, the client automatically
accepts the terms and conditions stated above.
